• Winter (December-February): Damp and cold with little snow, suitable for feeling the tranquility of the mountain city. The lights of Hongyadong in winter are even warmer.

2. Transportation and Accommodation

• Transportation: Jiangbei International Airport, Chongqing North Railway Station and Chongqing West Railway Station are the main hubs. The urban subway covers core scenic spots. Line 2 can directly reach Liziba and Jiefangbei, and Line 6 connects Hongyadong and Grand Theater.

• Accommodation: Recommended areas are Jiefangbei, Yuzhong District and Jiangbei District, which are within walking distance to core scenic spots and convenient for transportation. For those who prefer quiet, you can choose Eling or Huangjueping, which are full of artistic atmosphere.

3. Clothing and Necessities

• Clothing: There are many stairs and slopes in the mountain city, so it is better to choose comfortable sports shoes. Prepare a thin coat in spring and autumn, pay attention to sun protection in summer, and bring warm clothes in winter.

• Necessities: Power bank (the city has perfect signal coverage and leading 5G speed), umbrella for sun and rain, comfortable water cup, and camera (to record the night view of the two rivers and street humanistic scenery).
